Anusha Basani
Director & Executive Lead – Operations & Execution
A Counselling Psychologist with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology and extensive experience in program execution, team management, and service delivery across mental health and child development initiatives. She leads day-to-day operations, strengthens systems and processes, and ensures programs are implemented effectively in alignment with organizational values and quality standards. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, stakeholders, and families, she translates strategic goals into well-coordinated, ethical, and outcome-driven interventions. Known for her structured yet empathetic leadership, she builds sustainable operational frameworks that promote accountability, inclusiveness, and long-term community impact.
Bala Chinnapa Reddy Basani
Founder-Director & Chief Mentor
A senior development leader with over 30 years of experience in guiding, governing, and scaling large donor- and CSR-funded programs across India. He provides strategic vision, institutional oversight, and leadership direction to ensure the organization consistently delivers credible, compliant, and impact-driven outcomes. Having led multi-state initiatives in collaboration with international donors, corporate foundations, and government institutions, he has managed complex portfolios spanning livelihoods, skilling, agriculture, women’s entrepreneurship, and climate-resilient development. Renowned for strengthening systems and building impactful partnerships, he mentors leadership teams on governance, risk management, and long-term sustainability, positioning the organization as a trusted and enduring partner for development and CSR initiatives.
Anand Naik Mude
Senior Program Advisor & Program Implementation
A seasoned development professional with over 17 years of experience in advising and executing livelihood, self-employment, and community development programs. He brings strong expertise in CSR and donor-funded initiatives, combined with proven capabilities in team leadership and stakeholder engagement. Having collaborated with corporate foundations, international NGOs, and community institutions, he has contributed across sectors such as agriculture, women-led enterprises, education, sanitation, and disaster response. In his role, he provides strategic direction while actively supporting program implementation, ensuring quality assurance and delivering measurable, impact-driven outcomes.
